what would cause millies to not be "hairy"?

I have 3 Millies (Acro), and although I have great polyp extension, none are showing that "hairy" look. They were frags 8 months ago, but are growing quite well now.

pararms:

calc:420
Alk:9.6/3.54
PH:8.2
Temp:79
Phos: <0.024
Mag:1400
trates:0

lights & equipment & flow listed below!
Thanks!

That tort looks awefully strange (but nice). I have never seen a coral that has tissue that looks like that. You cant even see the zoox on this coral, its almost like the whole skeleton is covered in blisters. My blue tort looks NOTHING like this...definitely a different species of blue tort me thinks...

The reason might be because it's not a. Millipora, but a. Prostrata, which would explain a lot. I'm far from an expert, but the two can be easily mistaken for each other.

could it be that I have too much flow causing my 3 "millies" to not "hair up" and my tort to bubble like that?
or any other suggestion?

You about the same flow as I do for my 110.Have you checked for red bugs?I just whooped them and how i got them I have no idea.I use interceptor like a crazy man.Every coral that goes into my reef gets soaked in this stuff and yet tada they were on my acros.
