4 bulb new VHO setup (Bryan,Tx)

I have a 4 bulb(46.5inches) VHO set from Hello-lights that has never been used, we were going to use this for the hood on our propagation tank but that has gone off to the way side, we also bought 2 actinic lights and 2 50/50 lights. Here is the link to the set up
