Flowers??
Well just recently I have spotted two "flower" looking organisms coming out of my rocks{one out of a piece of dead coral and one out of a white noodle-looking thing wrapping around a rock). I dont know what they are called or I would have searched for them but no luck. The one coming out of the noodle is pinkish-clear in color about1/4 inch in diameter. The other is in the dead coral, it is lime green and purple and about 1/2 inch in diameter. They both come in and out of there whole and have multiple hairlike strings(10-20 maybe) If I could have explained it any worse let me know but does anyone have any idea??? THANKS
Also what is a good electronic meter for measuring everything in my water. ALL-in-one type deal. Last edited by 1GoldClown; 12/20/2007 at 06:45 PM. |

that reminds me, I have a similar question. I think they're baby feather-dusters.
It's kinda funny...my girlfriend saw some in a store, and she wanted to get some. I was kinda like "I don't know....they're ok I guess" Honestly, a within a few days "Honey look! a feather duster!" then.."look, another one!" we found about 5-6, some pink, some red. just yesterday "holy crap" there's about 150 tiny babies, all on the same pc of rock... So, are these bad? any reason to be concerned? |

They're good to have. Common hitchikers. Filter feed particulates out of the water column.
