FS- 20 gallon long fully stocked

I am looking to sell my 20 long. It has 40lbs. of fully cured live rock, 40 lbs of live sand, 2 power heads, coral life 2X65w light, a CPR hang on back refuge, an auto top off system, two clown fish, clean up crew, some zoos, mushrooms, and GSP. asking $300 or best offer.

I would like to sell it all together, but I would be willing to sell things individually, I need to sell it as soon as possible, because it is not allowed in my dorm room. thanks, Brian

How soon do you need to move this? Can it wait until Friday after t-giving? How long has the tank been setup? Any protein skimmer?
