I tried to resist these babies, but couldn't...

Just like I couldn't resist those Rod's babies....I'm in SO much trouble.
I'm not sure why I can't get a clear picture. I must have taken 60 shots and ended up with the least blurry of them.

First, I said I would take one, but couldn't decide between 2. For some reason, I ended up with 3 of these:

Now take a look at the size comparison with Rod's onyx babies.
These guys are gigantor compared to Rod's. Can you find them in these shots?

For size reference, there is an power strip behind the tank.

Thanks very much Jov and GSM.

I really like the 4th stripe guys too, that was my problem!

Because I like the squiggly middle lines also, and couldn't decide which I prefer.

I guess I just love them all.

I got so caught up with buying them that I didn't even think to ask. I sent a message to Rod asking how old.

Do you see a problem with them mixed together because of the size difference?

NOt at this point, they are all still young. If I had to guess I would say rods are around 60 days old

tdp- yes, what GSM said. Thank you very much for the compliment also!

nate- on the website it says they are 60-90 days old. My estimate is that they are little bit over an inch.

Bones- Rod confirms that they are about 2-3 months old. What a size difference!

I have a pair of WC onyx that I just got and I'm hoping to breed them as well so I'm looking into your breeding program in hopes of producing some nice clowns like yours...too bad I'm still in college....

the coloration of Rods fish is really something else, i cant believe that they have all that black before they even get their second stripe, so cool.

Okinano you should start a thread with pics of your fish, i love Wild onyx pairs.

Those are beautiful fish, I just went to Bone's site, I love #4, it is a very colorful pattern.
Congrats on the pretty clowns.
Best of luck on your future fry.
