I LOVE Tunze!!!

Well last week or so when I was cleaning my Tunze Streams I broke the brackets that hold the ph to the magnet.

I posted in their forum and they sent me new ones at NO CHARGE not even shipping!!!
I got them in today and put them on my tank to get it back up again.

These guys are great and have excellent customer service!!

Just thought I'd share

wow funny thing is mine did the same thing and w/o me even cleaning it. it just fell to the bottom of the tank. i thought wtH? i tried to put it back in the bracket and then pop, the bracket broke and off into the tank. i did pm roger and he said he was going to send me a new one. i was like ok np. how much is the replacement? he said don't worry about it and got my address but i've yet to recieve it. maybe a couple of more days. i dont mind since it is a free replacement. Tunze rocks.
