skinz78 - Thank you, the derasa has quadrupled in size since I got it. I love that clam.

i thought it would be better to explain this once here rather than reply to your pm.

due to an act of god ( lightning ) i have had to rip the rear wall off my house and excavate the foundation. the bad news is i had to move all my tanks ( not to mention all other worldly possessions as the rear wall was going to be open for a week or so ( yeah right, it's been raining non stop and delaying everything, not to mention i live in canada and it gets cold at night )

to make a long story short all my clams are / were at the LFS ( nems went here , fish there and live rock somewhere else... ). after only a few days offers started coming in for the 2 larger clams, then a bidding war started. i still have a few of the smaller ones but it is probably gonna be a while before i can set up my clam tank again. i have to set up my fish / nem tank first to get them out of friends and customers systems. with the fish from my reef tank and the fish from my FOWLR and my nems, i wouldn't be able to keep a calm in there.

i'm hoping to finish the last coat of plaster tonight, work tomorrow then prime at night. a couple of quick coats of paint on sunday and i'm off to the races. then possible tank cycle....... oh boy here we go again.

sorry the length of the post but believe me this is the condensed version.

will do, i did take a bunch of pics a week or so before but they are on my computer ( i've been on my lap top for a couple of weeks ) and it got fried with a lot of other electronic equipment. i am hoping it is just the powers supply but just packed it up with the rest and will worry about it later.

sorry for the hijack, now back to our regularly scheduled program.

Awesome photos, everyone. I have a few clams but seeing pics like these makes me want to dump all my corals and go 100% clams.

charlie, you mentioned you were going to post more pic's soon? Did you get pic's of the 5 maxima's you purchased? I was too late and they all sold out.

Also you mentioned a guy in texas and someone named red teardrop? I couldn't find them, can you be more specific on them?

jmaneypanda, and jetcat USA. I know you are out there and you have to have seen this or heard about it? Do you two have clams still? Its odd you two haven't even been posting in the clam fourum since the beginning of this post. Does anyone know how to contact them and let them know this is waiting for them.

And to anyone else who has some pretty awesome clams, Please post them too.
