Sorry for the crummy pic. Thanks grallster & pugroyale.

Here's another perspective. I bought it as a deepwater Bali.

Thanks Steve, it has become my most favorite & prized piece. I was recently taking out a cap that was blocking flow in the center & had grown through and was warring with an ORA turquoise stag. I took them both out and in the process snapped a bunch of corals, including this one from it's stem. I am confident it will soon grow another. This coral is rock hard.

Haha, I thought about it and it looked like it might have some more branching aspects so put branchi out there as well.

Looks great either way! How long have you had it?

Hmm.. since 2005 is my guess. It really only took off since we moved and reset the tank last november. Better flow, slightly larger tank, bigger sump, less messy fish, new sandbed. Thanks again.

Did you get it from Marcy? I really think it is going to like the extra flow now the cap is not blocking it.

Yes, I did get it from her. I have come to the conclusion that caps are better off low and away, and in bigger tanks. They just grow too big for me..and yeah, they block some serious flow depending on placement. Recently, I tried to add a Koralia and my fiance pitched a fit because he designed this tank with a CL.So instead I replaced all the duckbill inputs, with straight reducers. I had good flow all along, it was just being restricted.
