ID Help Pleasae

These little green stalks emerged on my LR recently and I'm not sure what they are. It's mostly on one piece of LR, and the LR has been in my tank for almost a year now.

Any help ID'ing them would be greatly appreciated, along with recommendations for treatment, removal if necessary.

Thanks,
Rob

They're Neomeris annulata, a type of calcareous algae. They're harmless and usually don't spread much.
