Anyone have a good fish trap i can borrow?

Ok, so i have a flame angel that is naughty and I need him out of the tank. He chased my new filemented wrasse, i bought from skip only like 2 weeks ago, right out of the tank and pesters some other fish as well. What is stupid, is he and my coral beauty get along fairly well........sigh. Anyways, I can't catch this fish! If the trap involves me putting my arm in the tank and waiting that isn't going to work, he is the smartest fish i have and runs for cover. I think he is also to small to go fishing for and plus my fish are like piranhas, as soon as they see me they are at the front of the tank waiting for food, i would have every fish but him on the hook hahahah. I don't care if the trap catches every fish in my tank as long as it catches that one too! I would prefer if you were semi-close to my area
