Rose Bubble Tip For Sale

Any west or northwest siders looking for an RBTA? Mine split and both are huge, as big as dinner plates! I would like to get rid of it this weekend or its going to the LFS in trade. It looks like the going price is $65. You will probably go home with SPS or zoanthid frags too if you take it off my hands.

What type of clown do you have that hosts in it?
Looks like a perc, just not certain from the picture.

The parent anemone has ben on the same rock without moving an inch for over 8 months now. The new one is the lower right one.
The clowns ignore them for some reason. I have two ocellaris and a true Perc and while they ocassionally go in it the mostly hang out close by. In my other tank I have a Sebae anemone that I have had for over 15 years now that has a false perc that doesn't get 2" from it!

I got mine from ReefMaiden......was the size of a dinner plate that cloned a few times. I had Clarkiis, Sabaes, and Tomatos host in her. It was the deepest Red I ever seen. Hey Erin...Do you have an old pic of it? Blue

My reds are more washed out now with the Reeflux 10k bulbs. They used to be dynamite with the XM 10k. Now the blues, greens and purples are better though. Heer is an older picture for comparison.

Actually, thanks to Kirsten I still have one of my original RBTA's. Here is a picture of it taken a few months ago. Mine actually just split again, might have one available soon if I can get it out of the tank. This rose has split so many times it is crazy; I wonder how many people still have one of them?

AJ................I am using the Reeflux 10K bulbs and my reds are now washed out too but some of my blues are insane. I had better reds with the 20K XM.

Erin and Blue, I know a couple of other people that have the original RBTA's but they don't post.

Erin...That's awesome! Hey Kristen.....That's cool! Good to see The RBTA's are all over! I used 2x 400w 10K CoralVues with 440w of artnic blue VHO's to keep the color. Maybe someday, Another! Blue

Erin,

I got one of yours. Actually, something like 6 other people have one of those. I still have two large ones in my tank.

Just curious here...how many people here have one of these anems? I've seen a couple people that are constantly selling a couple of them like every month or 2 or something like that.

There must be tons out there because these anemones are almost indestructible, and they split pretty constantly.

would one do good in my 40 breeder w/only 4x96w pcs? The tank itself is like...16 inches tall i wanna say, and i've got about 3 inches of sand. So it would really be at the most 13 or so inches from the top. And i should be getting that 4x39w t5 tek light retro before the end of this school year hopefully.

I actually almost got a condy anem today from AA cuz they're only 14 bucks and i had like 6 bucks credit lol. But i held off (which was probably a good thing )
