As I understand it, they are moderately territorial to conspecies. I have no personal experience with them

You might be able to get away with a mated pair.

I have a 46 gallon with 2 yellow, 1 black and 1 green and i haven't noticed any issue but i have a lot of live rock and hiding areas. they all keep to themselves, the yellow have the own corner. I have recently seen the black and green hanging together more. when i added the 2nd yellow the 1rst one was VERY aggressive to the newcomer I thought I was going to have to move him to another tank but now they are best of buds.

the citrons are more aggressive I did have one but it just disappeared one day but he was very mean to the little clowns it would bite their fins when it could so I definitely wouldn't put that w/a clown in a 10 gallon. the yellows are hard to miss so if I were going to get one it would be the yellow, the black and green hide out more.

Always ask your LFS when they got anything you are interested in, if they just got them I usually wait to buy it especially if it is expensive because you don't want to get it home and die because of health issue whether it be disease or the way it was caught?
