What heater for 300 gallon?

I need a heater for a 300 gallon system. The tank is cycling now and im using 2 250 watt heaters but after 4 days the temp wont go over 72.

Im using 2 250 watt jaeger heaters.

add another one! its better to run 2 or 3 heater so if one breaks you dont loose the temp that fast and you should try to put them in different areas.

get multiple smaller ones so one one full wont cook the tank
