im seeing prices of $25-$30 per polyp, are you guys actually paying these prices?
Also how long does it take for them to grow? and where are you getting them from?

$25-30 per poylp is a good deal. I seen them from $25-300 a poylp. You can get them from Darklordcoral, diamondsinthereef, fragglereef, justcoral, etc. Some are fast growers and some slow. I have acans that doubled in a few months and others that have not grown at all after 6 months.

Hey Marvin, they came in today and look great. I think I got eight from blueglasscorals. Very nice guy there.

I have a few more coming in from fragglereef tomorrow - including that wicked rainbow micro.

I'm slammed but I got some shots in my high tech acclimation devices. I'll try to get them posted later.

I guess this is the one that falls into the "rainbow" category. Its spectacular. I posted pix of the others in the Aussie forum. Do you like my H.T.A.D. - they are also great for Jack 'n Coke.

Very nice Marvin!

This one is one of my favs. Not sure if you guys would call it a rainbow or not. I have moved it up in the tank, from 13" to 4" from the surface. it's developing quite nicely.

bump... almost time for the weekly shots.. how about we start posting our weekly or bi-weekly shots every weekend just so we have time to take shots on weekends... it's really up to you what you want to do, either weekly or bi-weekly...

let's get a head count on who's up for this... and current lighting set up and placement of each experimental Aussie lords Rainbow piece...

MarvinsReef
- current lighting: 250w DE w/ 14k Phoenix about 8-10" from water surface -- (18" deep tank)
- all Aussies on the sandbed

just copy and paste please...

Thanks

Wonder what it is with the green color. Steve even though yours are sweet, it seems the green is also fading a bit. Or am i imagining it.
