Superman Rhodactis

I was able to pick up a single polyp the other day and I was wondering what type of flow/lighting would allow this polyp to display and grow the best?

Are these really Red and Blue? I'm wondering because I see alot of people selling "Superman" corals that arent even Red and Blue.

The one I have is small, but it is red and blue. Not as bright as some I have seen, but I think that it will color up down the road (it is a little beat up right now).

I have one that is 2inch in diameter, and growing. Mine has a deeper red, I also have a supergirl which is pale blue with red spots (pretty cool). BigScott I got both of them at the crase, I'm trying to get them to seperate, I'll keep you in mind if your interested.

My wife's are growing pretty fast. This is the original one she bought...there are several more now.

She has them under 175 watt MH 20K XM bulbs. Flow is random, but gentle.
