Bubble and Cotton algae
What creatures will eat these things. I have a pretty good outbreak of cotton on my trumpet coral (thank god only on one thing) and a few bubble algae spores keep popping up now and again. The guy at the LFS near my house said pull the trumpet out with all the cotton algae and throw it away....last resort since its a piece the size of a baseball and cost me nearly 100 bucks

(6) Dictyospaeria cavernosa - Indian Ocean to East Africa (7) Valonia utricularis 1 (7) Valonia utricularis 2 (7) Valonia macrophysa (8) Ventricaria ventricosa - Circumtropical I'm sure these links didn't post, but if you go under the newbie section, there are bubble algae hyper links. I read something on there a few days ago that mentioned somethng that was thought to eat bubble algae. I just can't remember what it was. But, I have some bubble algae now as well. If I find anything out, I'll post it.
