Hermit crab shells
Anyone know where to get these 1-2" and I was wanting about 100. I seen them at a few sites but 12 are about 6 bucks. I purchased some before 50 for 7$ shipped but cannot find the site

Try your Local Fish Store. Some of the places I frequent have tanks with nothing BUT empty shells

my local fish store will also give shells away if they have extras. it's worth asking. If you have trouble finding them locally, I'd be happy to try to get some from the store here, I could probably score 100, maybe not for free but I'd try

I allways get them from my LFS, but they never have 100's. Why so many?

Saltwaterfish.com has 100 for $9 and free shipping. Enjoy.

If you have one nearby check a craft store like Michaels or Joanns, they usually have packs of like 20 or something for 50 cents. They come in all sorts of sizes and shapes and everything, just boil them before you throw them in the tank .

I found some in Walmart in the craft section. Was better than the ones from Saltwaterfish.com. Boiled them before using, the hermits moved right in on them. Or check a craft shop.
