Blue CFL bulb

I started using one of these blue CFl 13 watt bulbs as a moon light. I sheild it a little so it isnt to bright. It looks good, runs cool, and cheap. I cant find any info as far as CRI or degrees K. Any thoughts on adverse efffects(i.e. algae)?
