F/s Pfo 250w Hqi Setup

I have a 7 month old (I bought it brand new) PFO 250W HQI Mini-Pendant, 250W ballast, and 2 month old (not even) Phoenix 14k DE bulb. I have the old bulb that I think still works, that I will throw in for free that has about 5 months on it.

I am asking $300. I think thats a fair price, but is OBO.
