Pauline kept the Jan 2 Mint Mag and there's no coupon in there. Maybe its in the previous edition or maybe the next edition. Yes, I'm in!

Yeah...I think so. Dang...I don't have that cookbook anymore. Crap...I'm gonna have to get another one.

It's cherry tomatoes (I used both grape and cherry), avocado, corn, jalapenos, basil, lime, cilantro, red onions, and maybe some other stuff (can't remember because I only make it if I can grow the tomatoes). Store-bought tomatoes are crap, so I rarely get to make it.

I grew the basil, tomatoes, & jalapenos for it last time. I was really surprised how awesome it turned out.

I have one of those Mint magazines at home...I'm gonna have to go check it out.

btw, we found the december issue and it's not in there either. Pauline says there's two versions, the 8x10 and a 5x7. Both of ours are the 8x10.

Art...you can get Masaman curry chicken and not have it over rice. It has cashews and coconut milk, which add a tiny bit of carbs but not too much.

I'm thinking of going back low carb myself.

I went to the lemongrass in Maryville today. They have a sign in the window "Wednesday night - $2.00 rolls". Maybe the Knox location stays busy so they dont have the same deal, or maybe the guy I talked to didnt know what he was talking about.
