For a Clown this tank is way too small. The Achilles is very difficult to keep and a larger tank would be a main requirement in my opinion. The puple would work. What about a Kole Tang? The are a easy, mellow and very nice looking fish.

The achilles needs a bigger tank. A purple or a kole would be a nice addition to a 90, or maybe a tomini tang

I want a Powder Blue, but it would be too big for my 90G. So I'm planning a Kole Yellow or Blue Eye Tang.

If I understood your first post you already have a sail-fin, correct. If this is the case dont add anymore tangs. I wouldnt even have got the sail-fin, your tanks gonna be too small for that. They are one of the larger tangs. Stick with just the sail-fin.

Ahh...here I go.

Its not the SIZE of the fish that is the problem. It is the SIZE of the tank. They need SWIM room...a LOT more than a 90g will ever provide.

Any tang we take out of the ocean is going to feel crammed up in a little cage... we payed for people to collect the fish for us, then we put them in a 4 sided SMALL cage... It does not matter if the tank is 1000gals or 90 gals... they swim for miles and miles a day... we can not offer them anything like that. Ide say get whatever you want..

A blue regal would be pushing it in a 90, it might be fine for awhile but it will definatley outgrow it. The chevron would be a good choice though, the colors are amazing on them

that is really bad advice and that is not true. It does matter if it is 1000g or 90g. And not all tanks are 4 sides

Have you considered an Atlantic Blue Tang. Another nice choice would be the powder brown tang; these are really beautiful fish.

As tydtran mentioned, I have an affinity for the powder brown tang. They have a subtle beauty that lasts longer than the initial "oooohhhh".
