my new reactor design ( pics)

well my korallin reactor popped a seam on the tube and is leaking slowly. so I decided to build a new more efficient reactor for my system. it will go on my 120 for now until I get my 300g system up and running . then it will be transferred over to that system.
this reactor will be run off an iswaki rlt 20.

here is the top and bottom flanges to my reactor. it will have 2- 6" main chambers that are up flow and down flow. then the 3rd 4" chamber will raise the ph of the out going effluent.

Hi Spazz. I've just recently seen your work. You're a Renaissance man!

spazz,

That is sweet! What kind of files does your CNC - router use? Perhaps some of us could have you run some parts for a material & time fee.

As for the cheating remarks:

Just respond with "Pirate!" ( to quote my favorite movie... this is a DIY forum BTW ).
