trade only! 3-250 icecap's for 3 400w blueline II

i have 3 icecap 250w ballasts that im looking to trade for 3 blueline II pulse start ballasts. im looking to upgrade my lighting. i would like to figure out a trade some time in the next 2-3 weeks so i can have these ballasts for my new tank im setting up.
the icecaps are less than a year old. im curently using them on my system. if you want pics send me your email in a pm and i will send them to you. if i dont respond back right away its because im out of town. but i will get back to you.
if you have 2 dual ballasts a cash difference to make up for it can be worked out. i will not sell these. trade only.
