Opinions on Bacteria Additives

I was looking for some personal experiences on bacteria additives or any experiments that analyze the ingredients.

well i always known stress zyme by aquarium pharmaceuticals is always a good one.... no data to support my hypothesis however

Under normal circumstances, you shouldn't need one.

I've used them before. (Cycle specifically.)

Not extensively in SW. Just a gut feeling, but I didn't like it.

I've found that it is more usefull in FW when I get an inkling that something might be going wrong.

I tend to keep a couple of small clay pots filled with sand in my tank, so that if I have to move something out into another tank I can move some of the sand with it.
I suppose using LR would give you the same result.
