Crushed Coral-Not the same question

I found crushed coral, a 15 lb bag, but it's sugar fine. I've never seen crushed coral this small, anyone using this? it's perfect for sifters and i mixed up some for a 2.5 bucket, almost no cloudiness and settled withing 20 minutes.

has anyone else used this crushed coral?

never used it, but sorta makes sense. live sand is just really finely chewed up/eroded coral/shells etc.
