I've been tagging along for a while, awesome set up.

Perhaps I missed it, is all of your flow from 2 vortechs and the return or is there more?

About how wide are you running the vortechs basically how much flow rate do you have?

Really stunning corals, you have. I'm so impressed...

what is the second coral in your first set of new pics? The yellowish one with red coralites? Is that a nasuta (sp??) or...?

Alex - I'm running 2 x Vortechs about 90% I also have CL powered by Dart via OM 4 way, so approximately 10,000 gal/hr

Thanks Edward! Hey I have another acro for you, so you need to stop by soon.

GSMguy - I got that Apple from Tyree last year. Super easy to take care of, but extremely slow grower in my tank.

poknsnok - thanks! I've been busy w/ holiday stuff, so the fuge/frag tank is going to be in January.

Marc - thanks! You need to come down to Houston again.

Canarygirl - thank you. That 2nd coral is a. microcladus from Upscales. I shaded the 10k when I took the picture, so it will show more true color. It's an amazing coral.

I must say and I'm sure you hear this all the time but you really do have an amazing tank. It's my favorite!

Beautiful pics naka. How high are your lights from the tank or water level?

Great photos James. Your coloration is insane and certainly a benchmark to aim for. I am a little concerned about this coral. Is it just me or does it have red bugs? Please tell me I'm wrong.

Good news is that Interceptor treatment really isn't a big deal and his corals are going to get MORE colorful (if that's possible).

It's kind of big deal IMO if you have lots of crabs/shrimps and your favorite ones are not easily catchable...I love my cleaner shrimps, peppermint, pom pom crab, and I don't want to lose any of them. Then there's a black hitchhiker crab that I've only seen once and he'd probably die inside a rock and pollute the tank...I have nothing but anxiety about doing interceptor so I still have red bugs!
