What a great tank! Im just starting up my 75 RR. I can only hope its half as nice as yours. BTW, how many pounds of LR do you have? I plan on using TBS also, once the tank is up, (hopefully in the next 45 days)

really nice. wrasse is great and I see some maturing coral colonies that are sweet. what's up with the clams in the last pic? are they not opening up or is that just the angle of the shot?

I have about 150-200 pounds. Its really awsome rock!!! You wont be dissapointed. Just be sure to follow the directions about very frequent water changes when you first get it, and be sure to have a really good skimmer.

Thanks. That really helps. I just purchased the ER 80, and gave it a good vineagar bath. The pieces are coming in. R you happy with the aragamax sand? I was going to get the oolitic and reef sand. How does it compare to the TBS sand?

I would rather have the TBS sand. I have the aragamax because my tank sprung a leak and I could not get the TBS sand in time for the replacement tank. The clams are open. They are deresas, they open wide, but their mantle does not extend far out past the edge of the shell like my crocea and maxima.

Thanks. For a full blown move, the tank looks awsome. Lots have survived. How much of the TBS "goodies" died off during the initial curing process? Is much of your tank groth that originally came with the rock? Sorry bout all the questions, but your tank is what I hope mne will look like in the future. (just a newbie here).

Not alot. Its hard to see the TBS life, it is mostly low light, and is on the bottom, back, side, and under corals. I did lost quite alot of my micro life during the move. Little nearly microscopic stuff that lived abundently in the sand and in the water column. It is coming back slowly but surely.
