$500 Skimmer
If I had $500-$600 to spend on a skimmer (ok 600 is pushing it) which one should I go for. I know there are dozens of models out there and I've done my research but I keep jumping from one to another - Aqua C, EuroReef, ASM G, Octopus, Bubble Master etc.
Please help me make this tough and expensive decision. |

I own a ASM and am happy with it but if I had my way I would probably go for a Euro Reef. I have heard good things about Octopus also.

If you have that kind of loot to shell out, look into the Deltec skimmers. Top notch.

Size and height are not an issue as well...

Does anyone have experience and/or feedback with Bubble Master skimmers?

Euros are awesome if you can find one to fit that budget that has a realistic rating for a tank that size. AquaC's are good, Bubble Masters are over priced in my opinion, but if I just wanted to spend some money, that would be a good way to go. Your best bet is probably to hop on ebay and find something like this or this . Not saying you should get either one of those, just good examples of how much money you can save.
