CO2 feed for Ca Reactors?
I understand that CO2 can pass through normal airline tubing resulting in an 80% loss. Silicon cracks with long CO2 exposure. What are you using to feed your reactor? Any differences?

I use the 1/4" water line tubing (ice maker stuff). Not sure if it is better or not. I would also be interested in hearing if there is a better tubing out there.

I know that there is "co2 tubing" out there made by Clippard, but according to the masses... the RO tubing is fine. Here is the feedback I received when I asked about it. http://archive.reefcentral.com/forum...readid=1240731

No problem. There was some negative feedback on that thread about the PE tubing getting brittle over time but the stuff is so freakin' cheap and can be found almost anywhere, I would be OK if I had to replace it every 6 mos. or so.
