Is there a Genicanthus Angel that is 5" or less?
Well says it all. Thanks in advance.

I believe the Watanabei and Bellus only get up to around 6" and the Backspots about 7". But I also believe they are all very slow growers. My Blackspot doesn't appear to have gotten any bigger in the year I've had her. She is about 2-1/2" - 3". My female Watanabei, was the same way. She was about 5" when I got her and in the 8 months I had her, she didn't appear to have gotten any bigger.

This is probably pushing it but would a Watanabei work in a 30 gallon long display?

IMO a 30g wouldn't even be good for the larger dwarf angels, and they're even rock huggers, unlike the open water swimming Genicanthus angels. I'd pick something else. How about a fathead anthias? Similar appearance.

Yeah, I would look for something else in that size tank.
