100 Gallon Fuge ... what plants should I add?

Setting up a 100 gallon basement fuge

Its going to be in an acyrilic tank so I kind of want it to look decent.

What strains of macro would you suggest added for maximin nutrient export yet still being diverse.

Tank is going to eitehr have a mud bed or a DSB not sure yet.
