Baby Clowns and Brine Shrimp

I am 10 days in and doing O.K. so far with the larvae going into metamorphosis I have about 40 left and I am feeding newly hatched brine shrimp. According to the book I have read, brine more than 2 days old can cause damage to the little guys. So what do I do with the brine that I have hatched? Some of them in the tank are looking pretty big. I do have an algae collector just for brine but if I use it in the tank I might hurt the babies. Any suggestions.
