fish compatability question

Will a dwarf angel survive with a balck and white damsel as a tankmate? If not what vareity of colorful reefsafe fish would work in a 30 gal?

As you probably have heard before, the dwarf angels are 50/50 at being reefsafe. Some are more risky than others. You might want to research if you don't already have one. I do have a Coral Beauty and it appears to be fine.

If your talking about the white and black stripped damsel, I wouldn't. I cycled my tank with one and it was really nasty.

You could try a Royal Gramma, Yellow Watchman Goby, Yellow Clown Goby, Clownfish, Orchid Dottyback, Some type of Fairy Wrasse (if you have a lid) and a Firefish, to name a few. HTH
