Question how to speed up growth of corals

I have a 46 gallon reef tank with T-5 lighting. There are yellow polyps, something that looks like a galaxea coral, metalic green star polyp and a xenia plant. I clean the tank every 1-2 weeks and add half to a full capfull of Kent phytoplex twice a week.

I was just wondering if there is any possible way to speed up the growth of my xenia and. Yellow polyps. The xenia is high up in the rocks where it gets good current and great lighting. The yellow polyps are at the bottom with a current a little stronger than the xenias.

Any ideas how to make them grow faster if there is any way to?

I am no expert.I can tell you though out of all the things I have tried in my frag system, adding as much flow the corals can handle has made them grow like crazy.Has anyone else done this?
