eating habits of scooter blenny

im planning my fish for my tank so i saw the scooter blenny loved it. i know they eat pods and i read they also eat frozen i have a pretty big pod population now pods crawling out of every frock and on the substrate. im assuming theyll eat alot of the pods fats i dont have a fuge. but i was wandering if its normal for them to eat frozen brine shrimp, krill, flake ect. but how common is this ive asked about 10 people with em now and all said they eat frozen and nip at there rocks. i was wandering if this was a hit and miss situation or a common thing. i have resaerched this and did searches but didnt find much on peoples personal exp. i found out most of the statistics of the fish but not a ton on the feeding habits most things i looked at said they eat pods and may accept frozen food. may can mean alot of things imo. for instance clowns may eat flake but prefer frozen i know alot of people that there clowns eat flake and a very few dont so thats a may. thanks for all your help in advance,Chris

Chris,

If you'll do a search for "scooter blennie" on this site, you'll find a wealth of info about them. They have similar feeding habits to mandarins since they are also dragonets and not true blennies. However, it seems that scooters will more readily accept prepared/frozen foods.
