melt some food in a cup and then with a pipette squirt the juice on it and Waite for the polyps to open then spray the mysis or brine onto it

If you really want them to come out and get some food. Go to premium aquatics and pick up some Laguana Farms frozen coral food. As soo as the food hits the water you'll see the micro's start to open up. This is some of the best stuff for feeding corals.
You'll be amazed.

I'll feed mine mini mysis. Sometimes the regular size mysis are too big for micros.
