16 ft rise submersible pump recommendation

Can anyone recommend a submersible pump they know will pump at least 700 gph with a 16' rise and be fairly quiet and not generate much heat? I tried a Mag36 which does the trick but is WAY to noisy. Any suggestions?

could try a mag 24 or something... but for that Id really say external is the best choice.

According to their chart, the Mag24 will only do about 350 gph at 16 ft. Not quite where I want to be. Any other submersible ideas? If not, then maybe I will have to work on an external solution. Which external pumps are geared towards this kind of high rise?

Look into the Sequence Tarpon Uno or Wahoo Uno. I look for this last week, and ended up getting the Tarpon (went external).

I may switch to external. I've been doing some research and seems the Dolphin 4700 may be a good choice.

Yoou need to go external as there are no submersible pumps that are pressure rated.
I would recomend THe Iwaki 70 RLT with Japanese motor. At 16 feet it will give you 1000 GPH which with the added on friction and fittings pressure drop will come down to about 700 to 800.
If you already considered the piping and fittings pressure drop in your 16 feet then the Iwaki 55 RLT will give you exactly 700 gph at 16 ft.
I would recomend discharge piping of 11/2" diameter. 11/4" minimum regardless of the pump output connection.
