Alex,

Check out the Chalice pics thread, last page. Okiebones posted 2 pics of this, although I'm not sure if they're his pics, or Tyree's.

I've found them to gain color very quickly. I have zero problems buying one with out much color as they always seem to color up nicely for me

BTW< I fragged the SI PM for you and I'll drop it off at AS for you later today on my way to TP (6:30ish). If I have time, I may hit up my nicest alien eye chalice for you. I have a feeling that one of my colonies will rival what your looking for. Sorry, no pics as of yet.

My frag that I won on ebay from SEAREEF is starting to grow a bit now. The color is exactly what they advertised.

I got mine from Ron J. @ ReefTechDesigns about 3 weeks ago max. It had no green on it then but within about 3-4 days it started on a little bitty eye...since then it s developed 3 maybe 4 eyes andis about 1/2 way green on the rim. Seems to be growing really fast! I'm going to try and do growth sequencing pics on it so we'll see what it does in the long run.

That looks familiar, did it come from Mermaid? Not a watermelon eye, but a very sweet piece!

Hey guys...
So what's this "Mermaid" thing? I take it it's a vendor or LFS? If an LFS it has to be in Oklahoma...we get awesome exotics here...errr...Ooooops I must have forgot my meds. I'm not making any sense. Oklahoma? Exotics? That statement is so not right.....but check out this baby ( naturally from Sunny California )..getting a frag of tomorrow along with another watermelon and a pink cap.

Reef on!
