New prop system is up and running

I finally got the first part of my new prop system up and running and thought I'd share a few pictures.

My first 75 gallon tank.

Another shot of the same tank. When I'm finished there will be 4 of these.

The 100 gallon sump and my new ASM G-6 skimmer.

And some corals in the tank.

Last one.

Hopefully I'll get the rest of the tanks set up in the next few days and I'll get some more pictures.

Looks good.

What kind of lighting are you running? What about flow?

More details would be great.

Ok, a little more about the system.

Prop Tanks: These are 75 gallon (72"x24"x12") stock tanks. Right now there is only one connected, with room for a second tank on the rack above it. Later I will be adding a second rack with 2 more of these tanks.

Sump: 100 gallon RubberMaid stock tank

Filtration: When the first pictures were taken there was 90 pounds of live rock in a tank connected to the sump. I'll be taking down that tank and moving the live rock into the sump this weekend. The protein skimmer is an ASM G-6.

Water Flow: There is a little over 2000 gph flowing through the 75 gallon tank. Once I finish adding the other tanks I'll change to a larger pump

Lighting: This tank is light by two 250 watt MH with 20k bulbs.

The Pvc running along the side of the tank is that were the water is flowing in the system? How do you cut a whole in the hard plastic to avoid leaks?

If you look at one of the pictures of the frag tank you will notice there is a PVC closed loop running along the entire inside. There are 6 PVC T's in the loop. I inserted a 3/4" nozzle into the T's to blow the water back into the tank. I'll try to get a better picture of it later today.
