Im more wondering if that is mesenteric filiments or fungus. Whether this is something natural they do or should i be worried.

Looks to me like something in your tank is poking holes in it. You have got to watch the tank and find out who is doing this. If the harassment continues the coral will not make it. If you can get a berry basket (like the ones strawberries come in) You can put it over the coral untill it heals. I don't beleive it would take long. Most likely there is a fish like a tang or pigmy angel that is doing this. I have also seen shrimp like Coral Banded shrimp do this. Good luck and keep us posted on the pore guy's health.

I agree with "Elegance Coral" in that something is either nipping at it or poking holes in it. The white stuff is actually the stuff from the inside of the coral coming through the holes. The coral should heal up fine but if this continues, the coral may slowly die.
