ap701 help

I posted over at the deltec forum ,and there was a couple of helpful people ,just not much traffic,

I got this skimmer i installed yesterday ,i have it connected to a direct feed from my overflow,

i have the water level an inch below were the cup twist on,
and i have my air set at the 2 o,klock position as to the instructions

after an hour of being installed i got some nog,it was from some really turbulent water and big bubbles,im not getting nice dry skimmate foam, the water just sits at the neck but doesn't climb over into the cup,

skimmer has been running for about 30 hours
one of the guys at the deltec forum asked to post a pic of my plumbing,to see if that was the problem but i never got a reply so i will post it here any tips or help ,thanks for the help

looks like the water level is too low. I would rise the water level to where the skimmer cup connects[with the skimmer pump off]. Also i would put the air valve at about 1 o'clock.
