I would be filing in small claims court.

You know this jerk is sitting at home right now watching his 50" TV with cable, chatting on his cell phone, farting around on RC over his broadband internet while snacking on the leftovers from his meal at Applebees.

You are never getting your money, he obviously has other priorities.

Last I heard from you Kevin was 2/27/06 when you told me your wife's car broke down.

Haven't heard from you since.

To recap the amt owed:
Owed amt 250
Small claims court fee 27.70
Amt to have you served 66.37
Total 344.07
Amt you have sent 50 + 50 + 125
Balance 119.07

Normally I would give you the benefit of the doubt but when you're looking to get stuff for your new tank http://www.zeovit.com/forums/showthr...4575#post64575 and don't bother to contact me like you said you would the following day it makes me wonder.

I guess what I don't understand is how someone with a 150g reef tank can't come up with $120. I bet if his pump died he would buy another one by tomorrow and probably spend at least that much.

Of course I might be wrong... he might have a 150g tank because he rips people off on RC to get everything

This has gone on for almost two months. I think you guys can finish it up via emails.
