I would be filing in small claims court.
You know this jerk is sitting at home right now watching his 50" TV with cable, chatting on his cell phone, farting around on RC over his broadband internet while snacking on the leftovers from his meal at Applebees. You are never getting your money, he obviously has other priorities. |

He has recieve the amount of money that we aggreed on. He now is awaiting his fees for filing. THe items we discussed are paid off. i will get these paid to him. I just wish he would email me instead of bashing me on this post. Kevin

Haven't heard from you since. I guess what I don't understand is how someone with a 150g reef tank can't come up with $120. I bet if his pump died he would buy another one by tomorrow and probably spend at least that much.
Of course I might be wrong... he might have a 150g tank because he rips people off on RC to get everything
