t5's for clams...? Ya think it can be done?

I want to put a maxima in my 65 gallon, but its deep (24").
Ive got 6 36" HO t5's over my tank. Do you guys think this can be done? Just took the halides off, for the t5's.

I have read acounts of it being done, with croceas and maximas being high up in the rock work...if you have a good refelctor set up I see no problems...
