Glass to glass silicone

I am making a custom sump and need to know what glass to glass silicone to use. I've heard GE silicone 1, GE silicone windows/doors, which one is not harmful to the reef tank? Also putting in baffles, two down, one up, will that prevent skimmer bubbles from reaching the display? Thanks.

That silicone will be fine and sounds good on the baffles, just make sure there's enough water volume in the return chamber so that you won't burn out your pump from daily evaporation. Unless you have an ATO

Which silicone? The windows and doors or regular? I'll have about 30g in the return section, I need to get an ATO but running out of room under the tank.

The GE silicone 1 windows and doors will work fine, I think it has a blue label. Just make sure the label says %100 silicone and has no mold inhibitors in it. Or you could just buy the Fish safe silicone at your local pet store or even my local hardware store carries it.

OK, thanks. I'll get the windows and siding. It's been awhile since I made a sump, I remember the no mold inhibitors.

I think the mold inhibitors are called BioSeal or something like that.
