beware of mr.saltlife

i recently purchased a dolphin pump from him about the midle of august.he received the money order on september 5th.told me he was sending the pump and i still haven't received a thing.he will not respond to my pm's and email's.dont buy from this guy his word less of that of a man and mr.saltlife if your reading this dont think im taking this lightly i will proceed will legal action.ITS NOT THE AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE PUMP IT'S THE PRINCIPAL.

How did you pay him?? PayPal wit CC or other?? Do you know you can file a dispute with PayPal and your CC. Internet Fraud is a big problem these days.

Mike: Sorry to hear this for you. I had talked to him about trading some sps for his fish he had posted for sale.

We could not reach an agreement, he wanted me to ship first. And since I had good feedback on buying,selling and trading and he didn't. I just had a gut feeling not to deal with him.
Boy am I glad I trusted my feelings!

I hope you get your money back. Shame theres people out there like this.

FYI, so many people cry and moan about using Paypal BUT, in cases where you don't know someone or their intentions, if you use your CC thru Paypal you have two avenues of getting money back thru Paypal or having your credit card company not charge you for the purchase. That's what I always do if I don't know someone. Has worked well on two occasions where the seller had no intent on shipping the item.
