Macro Algae and Flow Rates
Thanks for your time.
I'm considering putting some macro algae in between my bubble baffles. Bad idea? I have about 600 gph through the baffles - is this to quick to be beneficial? Thanks Again. |

I'm near milwaukee - are we close? How much? I know nothing about macro algaes. I've heard they help with nitrate reduction - true? What kind of lighting will I need? |

Hey brian, brookfields about 35 miles away. If i mailed you a bag it would be there in 2 days tops or you could come out here and get a drive in the country. Read up on grape caulerpra though, some have had it go sexual on them and prefer not to use it. I also have some cheato that I could swap/sell you, but the cheato doesn't grow as fast as the caulerpra does, so I wouldn't be able to give you that much. PM me if your intrested.
