flow (recom pumps) for SPS in 125... w/ DSB ???

we are upgrading components to accomodate SPS corals

125 display w/ corner overflow
60"x19x26 (custom size 127+/-)
210gal system
3-6" dsb

not drilled for closed loop
but i understand it might be better to use pumps inside display anyway (vs drilling holes etc)...

what would be minimum flow requirements for this size tank

and what pumps would be recom
best flow w/ least energy consumption

any recom as to how to best accomodate the flow
w/out disturbing the DSB... side to side flow pumps aimed at each other? etc etc

regards
