pieces of live rock

hey guys, im just wondering, i added some new LR to my tank tonight and i have a bunch of peices that chipped off or fell off or whatever while i was trying tomake it all stack the way i wanted, some of it is obviously dead organics, and some is probably rock, should i just leave it there? is this something a cleanup crew will clean up later on? just cuirous

Unless you like the look of the rubble, I'd remove it. If you decide to do some fragging in the future, the rubble pieces can be used as bases for your frags, so if they are of decent size, I'd keep them.

the small pieces are nice for fragging as mentioned....if you have a sump or refugium just toss them in there for the time being....if you have a fair amount of small pieces, put them in the corner of the tank for a sort of pod pile where pods can grow and hide from any predators..

acctually i should have been more specific, its more along the lines of debris off of the rock itself, not pieces of rock itself
