Bride cuts off her hair...

I was watching The Today Show, they were talking about this bride cutting her own hair on the day of her wedding...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mcdde...elated&search=

They were discussing how your hair affects "you" and your moods and the way that you perceive yourself... But that most people going about their own daily routines, more than likely wouldn't really even notice! Would you notice if a friend or co-worker was having one??? Would you comment on it, or would you just not even give it a second thought?

Ummm, for the guys out there, tread lightly on this one , if your better half is experiencing a day such as this... just a tip for ya, be reallly careful of your answer if she/or he would ask how the hair looked ...

I know that we've had this conversation about "hair cuts" and such, but it's still a good topic, I think!

Sooo, do you tend to be in a bettter mood or feeel better for the day when "you" have a good hair day? I for one do tend to have a pretty good day when the hair looks goood!!! And somedays I could really give a tooot about it...

I think I would have had a practice run with a beautician before having my hair done or had my sisters do it. You ever get your haircut right after having a baby??? Big mistake! Your hormonal anyway. Ladies never cut your hair during a stressful moment or you may have a meltdown just like that!

I had my hair cut last week. I was thinking to the top of my shoulders, one length. Beautician said no, just below shoulders. Well, she forgot to tell her hands the same thing because it doesn't even hit my shoulders now, and is layered all the way through my hair. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked! I didn't even know what to say. I am still shocked! It is just hair and all, but still, it certainly wasn't what I was expecting. I did not freak out about it but I was disappointed.

yeah, I saw that a couple days ago. I for one hope the groom found out and ran as fast as his wee little legs could carry him away from that wackadoo!

If she melted down like that, what do you think the marriage would have been like.

I do wish there was video of the groom and wedding party finding out.

So anyway, I notice even when my co-workers get their haircut. I guess I'm just observant.

yes, I feel good when I have a good hairday but it's not that big of a deal, being a guy I can just put on a hat. Whether or not that I have a good day depends on how many idiots I have to deal with at work. The last two days, seems like the entire department sans a few people have taken stupid pills.

Well I guess everyone is different and some have more confidence than others, or simply have the oh so wonderful attitude of " I don't care what others think" ...

If my life depended on a good hair day, I'd be in a lot of trouble.

I thought her friends could have done more to get her calm. Especially the girl at the door who was rolling her eyes.

I wonder if it was setup?

As for good hair and bad hair days. I don't ever think about it. Shampoo, Gel, use the fingers to style, Go out.

There is only one thing for the groom to say: darlin', you're beautiful and I love you.

I had a test run the day before my wedding thank god I did. I had really short hair, they gave me a hairstyle my grandmother would wear. It looked like I had a big poofball on the top of my head. Needless to say I did not go back on my wedding day.

As far as good hair days go, unless I spend 45 mins messing with it, a good day isnt gonna happen. I really feel better when I take the time to make it look nice.

Turns out these were actors, and the video was part of an ad campaign for a hair product.
