Purple tang

My purple tang must have some sort of internal worm or parasite it eats lots but doesn't gain any weight. I have had him for over a year with no problems but the last month you can see his ribs and his stomach or guts look funny pinched I guess.

I feed mysis dry pellets and flake also nori every two days
I have four other tangs and they are all fine

Any ideas or treatment

I have one purple, 4 yellow and a blue hippo tang and for the past 6 months I have been feeding them 3 strips (1/2) a sheet of nori every day at lunch time and the pellets and mysis at night. After I added the nori to their diet they don't pick on each other as much they rarely have any nips on their fins, and they are real healthy looking. I may me over feeding, I came up with this myself, but it has my fish looking good. good luck
